Holiday Village !!!!! A Wonderful Overnite Stay!!!!!
Holiday Village !!!!! A Wonderful Overnite Stay!!!!!
Dear Friends,
Had been hearing about this place Holiday Village from friends for a while, last nite we decided impulsively that we ( me & my Husband) needed a quick short get away, we decided to check out Holiday Village, which happened to be just a 10 minute drive from home.
Must agree that we had a truly memorable stay, a thoroughly refreshing and relaxing short and very affordable break.
We checked into what is called the Junior Suite priced at Rs 2700, had a relaxed dinner just next to the Pool, the staff was very courteous and agreed to move our table just beside the lovely pool.
We ordered a Live barbeque, the barbeque served onto our table on a bed of live charcoal was an interesting dish sufficient for the two of us, we finished off with a Makhani daal and laccha Parothas.
Saturday night the Place was packed and very lively, we were told they have a live Ghazal programme every Friday Night and Old hindi songs live eve...Read more

Holiday Village !!!! What A Fabulous Place !!!!!
On a short visit to Bangalore this week I was amazed to find a fabulously well maintained resort so close to bangalore that ideally suited my needs.
I took the Junior Suite room and paid Rs 2700 per day and can vouch thet it was worth every penny.
Would love to be back.

Amazing Holiday
We were looking for a Resort on the outskirts of bangalore, where we live and happened to be pleasantly surprised when we discovered this place to be very beautiful serving excellent food and catering to only families, which was my main concern.
Would definitely recomend the place to all to try.

Holiday Village Bangalore, MUST VISIT
Great Place , Great Food !!!
These four words sum up in brief my experiences at this fabulous Resort on the Out skirts of South Bangalore.
I have become a regular here over the past year or so and must say that the ambience of this place at night by the pool is quite unmatched.
The food quality is Top notch, which is why they manage to draw hordes even on weekdays.
Ample Car park which is a major thing to look here for when you are dining out.
Their Live Barbeques are a unique dish served on the table with live red charcoal underneath and is a must try, other good dishes include the Maa di Dal and of cource the matka kulfi.
Reservations on weekends is a must if you want to avoid waiting and this place is great for hosting parties too.
Would strongly recomend you try this place out for a overnighter in their fabulous pool facing Cottages, u’ll Love the experience.

A fine Resort
I have been visiting this Resort situated on a short detour of the Kanakapura Road, ever since its begenning, and have seen this fine property evolve into a well maintained, well run Resort, serving impeccable quality Punjabi fare.
The ambience at night is particularly worth a mention and if you can manage to get a table by the Pool side, you can be assured of a memorable experience. Very few places in Bangalore can boast of a good Pool side restaurant barring the prohibitively expensive 5 stars.
The pricing is very resonable, Crowd always decent, music enjoyable and food adorable.
If you are a foodie looking for a good punjabi fill, I strongly would recomend Baisakhi, at Holiday Village.
Must try are their their Spinnach & Cheese Rolls, Live barbeques and Tava Chicken.
Car parking is never a problem here, the only drawback I can see is a strech of bad road acessing the place, but which road in Bangalore is not pot holed.
I have even visited this place on a friday ev...Read more
