tourist tunnel there is a tunnel under the river to connect the Bund and pedestrian shopping area with the business area (and some hotels) You ride in a capsule and there is a light display as you go, good fun !

Maglev to the Airport Leaving from hotels in Pudong, take a taxi to the Longyang Rd Metro Station. Taxi fare will be approx RMB25 - 30. From here you can catch the Maglev to Shanghai Pudong Airport in 7 or 8 minutes, reaching a maximum speed of 432kph. Beats battling in the traffic to the airport any day, and is an experience in itself. Cost is RMB50, or RMB40 for those with an airline ticket. Try to steer clear of any large tour groups at the Longyang station taking the Maglev as an "outing/something to do" as well.

the blue frog the Blue Frog in the mall in pu dong near the Jin Maio tower is a gert place for when you are craving a little hospitality and a little taste of home. Highly recommended
