Untrustworthy staff - poor service and stolen passport
My passport went missing from the hotel room. I reported this to staff and asked to see the manager. I asked continuosly to see him for three days, first of all he wasn't in, then he was in, then he was busy in a meeting, then occupied all day long. Poor and disappointing response.
Some of the staff were very good and helpful, and others were cold and rude. Suspiciously evasive responses by staff. Good location, continental breakfast is worth missing - scones, croissants, bread. No fresh fruit. Not much English is spoken.

Clean, Simple, Great Location, Value
I visit HKG often. Always used to crib about the over priced hotels. Not any more. This place is clean, close to the heart of Kowloom (TST area), yet in a quiet street and great value!
