Good all round
Well located hotel, clean quite spacious rooms, staff pleasant. Stay here for 1 night 4 x per year, chosen mainly for proximity to Hong Kong Ferry Terminal in Kowloon. Would recommend.

Not that bad
Hotel is strategically located. All major shopping area within mins of walking. I esp. enjoy walking to the local markets and eateries. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I think it's a great hotel.

Warning!
Without doubt one of the worst hotels i have ever come across! They must have opened the window to count the stars - definately not 4*. Visit HK on a regular basis, tried this one for a change - what a BIG mistake that was. At the end of the week i complained to the Manager - response can i buy you a beer. (Dont be fooled by the photos), Gym has only 4 bits of equipt, swimming pool was closed throughout my weeks stay - end apr 05 - i could go on for ever listing faults, it really was that bad!
