Extremely bad
Staff where friendly but rooms rated a 2 out of 10 at the most. The Breakfast Room was extremely bad the cutlery and plates where all dirty and the kitchen was a walking time bomb. Not a good impression for any traveller on say a first time trip to Hong Kong.
Certainly needs a health inspector.

Quite a bad experience indeed
Under no circumstances, I would recommend this hotel. Internet broadband access is not available in non smoking room (maybe a recent completed market survey proved businessmen are all heavy smokers), I've been proposed to change for a smoking room which I did but the smell of rug recently changed was just terrible (at least covering smell of smoke. Last but not least reception charged my room in spite I had a voucher from my travel agency and we've been finally charged twice leading to many complications before being refunded. Quite a bad experience indeed and I've been lucky enough to find a much better room in another hotel at same rate !
