Great hotel, but...

I stayed there for more than 5 times this year, great rooms/facilities. However, there is once that I asked my local agent to book it for me for a lower rate (which they actually have doubled the price tags from June), I was asked to ''pay'' for the gym/pool facilities at the door in a way that I felt....cheap. That is the last time I been there.
