Great service all round
I have just returned from a 9 day stay at this hotel and was delighted with everything... the room ..the service..the cleanliness and size of the room....friendliness of staff
(including personalised attention with assistant front office Manager Mr Lee )
I have been to Hong Kong 3 times before and this was the best holiday I have had staying at Harbour Plaza Resort City, and I will be hopefully staying here on a regular basis..
For me personally, I could not ask for anything better, and look forward to returning for another holiday very soon..
I give the hotel 4 stars PLUS..

Well appointed rooms good service
As stated above the rooms are wall appointed with the addition of microwave and two ring hob and fridge freezer for those little snacks you may want. The staff are very helpfull right down to the security/guards. There is a shuttle bus to the airport and downtown Kowloon side. Swimming pool is goood and the gym is the best I have seen for a long time.

I was not that impressed
We had made a reservation, but when we arrived they had no record of it.
They gave us a room, but we had to pay for it-I was also charged on my visa for the initial booking. I then spent about 35$ on the phone to a wonderful Texan woman who did our booking and she helped me find another room at in downtown HongKong- She said I wouldn't have to pay as much at the new hotel and this was the case, but we paid double for the first night. So I was not that impressed. The room was nice. It was way out from downtown as well and this was not clear, when I booked.
