CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP TAXI's Quick trips cost 20/30 HK$ (15HK$ to the pound when we went). Even a trip to Kowloon is about £7

Sale, sale, sale! Go after Chinese New Year ( usually early February, so visit a week or so AFTER ) as everything seems to be on sale! Pacific Place is connected to the Conrad Hong Kong and is a good place for branded luxury items. Lane Crawford is also inside. There are high street brands on the ground floor.
