rooms are small--staffs are not very helpful. For the most part- for a three-day stay, it's not so bad considering we were out all day and we just need a room to sleep and shower.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. As expected the rooms were the smallest I have experienced in HK, however the views from Harbour Park View rooms were great. Restaurant and house keeping, very good. reception staff were poor! Cocierge..good. Will I use this hotel again on my twice a year visits to HK? Depends on whether my favorite hotel in HK is free or not!!

Receptionist refused to talk to my daughter who is in singapore and who was the one helped me book the hotel. Reception asked me to tell my daughter to call the travel agent instead of them if i have problem with room reservation. My daughter intention was to tell them that she emailed the confirmation voucher to bp hotel but wasnt given a chance by the staff to explain. That was really a shocking attitude from a hotelier.

The hotel was ideal and had everything that we required. Staff were friendly and available when needed. Although the rooms were small, it was what we had anticipated and adaquate for our needs. The location was great. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Thanks, Mark

I liked the hotel and would stay there again. It is conveniently located within walking distance to many shopping areas and other interests. I booked an inexpensive room, so was not surprised by the very small size. Staff was very good. Excellent breakfast buffet at the restaurant. It has some connection to Boy Scouts, but I never figured out exactly what it is.
