The customer service there was top notch, the desk managers all spoke English, but my room for a four star hotel lacked hand towels, and there were stains on the wall. The doors had to be slammed shut to secure making lots of noise that could be heard all the way down the hallways. You will be charged extra for everything you do there, internet access, fitness room etc. For around 60 dollars American it is still a good deal.
