Very nice hotel in the center of Phnom Penh. modern "design" rooms - very clean - friendly staff - nice pool and terras. think it must be a rather new hotel because a lot of tuc-tuc-drivers don't know it. only negatif point : there is no elevator, and my room was on the 4th floor. would certainly return to this hotel.
