Not bad at all for the price we paid
The location is quite decent and there are alot of things to be done at night around this place, so I quite like it. Overall the service and staff etc. was quite ok for the price we paid. Possibly a few more staff additions to the hotel would be a good choice. A few pesky tailors around the area, but that was to be had wherever you stay in Bangkok!
Lastly, 2 words of advice:
1. Must visit Wat Pho for a massage
2. Must visit Crown Tailors for tailor made clothes. They're nowhere near the hotel though! Sukhumvit Road is where they are and pretty much 1000 more tailor shops there too!

Very comfortable hotel
I stayed there from may 2008, it was a nice time with many laugh. The staffs are friendly, helpful. They helped us alot for traveling arround hanoi. Hotel room is very nice , clean with private computer and internet access in the room. I would stay again for the next trip.
