I was very disappointed with the service at this place. There is false advertisement on the website as well. The only water sport you have is a speed boat or canoe ride to the dam wall. Fishing you need to provide your own fishing rods. To go to the dam wall by car you need to arrange your own transport to and from. Not good value for money.

Service was beyond me. The staff are all sad looking and not helpful at all. To order drinks by the pool you have atleast an hrs wait. If you want to do Siavonga I would recommend staying in Lusaka and only doing a day visit.

It is a shame as the place itself is beautifull. It is located at a very good spot.

The price was average for the area, and the hotel seemed to be on the best section of the lake, on a small penninsula right at the waters edge. The 2nd pool above the lake makes you feel as though you are swimming in the lake. The rooms are nice with air-con, which is definitely needed for the area. The food is nice and the drinks are cheap. The staff are very friendly and if you are there for more than a week, then you will definitely get to know them well. All around, one of the nicest places we stayed in Zambia. Definitely recommend!
