A lot of valubles were stolen from my room at the Kuriat palace and the staff was not helpful in dealing with this incident. I would recommend coming to Tunisia, but I would definately not recommend staying at this hotel.

Top Local Tips for Skanes

take the train The train station is located a short walk (10 minutes going slowly) from the hotel. Just take a right out of the hotel driveway onto the main road and you'll see it. It's very cheap for round-trips. 2 people to Sousse and back = 3Dinar, 2 people to Monastir and back = 2 Dinar. A taxi to Monastir and back, for example would be at least 10 Dinar.
