Fantastic hotel. Myself and my 2 kids aged 16 & 14 had the best time at this hotel. The service was second to none. When we arrivied the room we were allocated was not quite as we had booked, but within minutes we had been upgraded to a superb suite (whether down to the hotel or the travel company i'm not sure.) The staff were so friendly and also willing to help with a smile. The pools were large and very clean. On the first day there were no free sunbeds as we arrived in the middle of the day. The pool attendent soon found us sunbeds right by the pool, and with a small tip on the first day each day found the same beds waiting for us with mattresses and clean towels, which meant we could enjoy breakfast without worrying about not finding anywhere to sit. The animation team were great, plenty of activities to do,pool games, aqua fit, beach volleyball, archery and much more. On the beach there were jet skis, paragliding and lots more. We were all inclusive but were surprised to find even cocktails, beer etc was all included in the price. The hotel was quite expensive but with all drinks and activities included in the price the hotel was no more expensive than any other, just a much more classy hotel. The only down side was the weather was so hot, (but what else would you expect in August.) If we go back to Tunisia that's where we will stay.
