Never again! This has to be the worst value hotel in Dar-es-Salaam!!!! The staff were surly and tried to 'rip me off' at every opportunity. The rooms - I moved twice - were very poor with holes in the sheets for example and air conditioning that only worked spasmodically and when it did I could not sleep because it was so noisy! Q Bar which is just around the corner is MUCH better and cheaper. There a re plenty of good hotels in the city centre which charge similar prices and are so much more welcoming and a better standars. DO NOT USE THE KARIBU, unless, of course, you are a maschocist!
