Not good
Very rude management, they need lessons on customer service. Finally had to get the GM on the phone to sort out the issues. They dont hold reservations and then later put you in an expensive room. As a frequent flyer who has stayed in a lot of hotels, this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Good service, pleasant staff
The staff were friendly and obliging, although our taxi driver warned us not to go walking in the area at night. A non alchohilic venue, they were were willing to send staff out for a few bottles of beer.There was satellite TV, and a cheap good meal available in the restaurant, we were happy!
