| Worst Hotel Ever |

An overpriced hotel with a big name! Very bad rooms, nothing works properly including TV, no mini-bar, not all lights are working. Bad service I've ever experienced: towels are old and in rags, cloth hangers are made of old rusty wires, breakfast provided was bland. Customer service at all fronts, including reception, is not upto standard and far from courteous. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel unless if what you are looking is disappointment. |

| Horrible Service |

Worst stay ever.
Lobby is nice but the rooms are terrible. Lights didn't work. Latches broken. Their staff refused to fix even minor problems. Wake up calls missed. Don't bother ordering an iron and ironing board. It won't come. Manager wouldn't speak to us to discuss problems. Met many guests who were having similar problems.
Please do not stay there. If you have booked. You would be advised to cancel |
