I made reservations over the phone. I told them my time of arrival. I arrived twenty minutes early to get an apology for accepting extentions from guests of the night before! Politely said, they sold my room to someone else. While they confirmed that I had a reservation, it seemed business as usual to treat s customer like this. If you have to make reservations here, have a back-up reservation!

Watch the air port shuttle tranfer If he doesn't rip you off the manager will. Staff behind the desk OK. They could see we were been robbed but could not help as the manager and transfer opperator were in it together 100US for a one way trip.Our tour will not use this hotel again
