Please Don't Go There
I recently had the misfortune of staying overnight at this establishment. The setting couldn't be better but that is honestly the only decent thing about the place. The service is shocking and surly, the rooms are a disgrace for what is charged. To put it in context, the rates are not different from what you would pay at a Holiday Inn in Cape Town, except you would have aircon in Cape Town! The temperature was 38 degrees and the room was like a blast furnace. We had to sleep with the door open. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the bedspread a filthy 100% polyester abomination and the carpet threadbare. The receptioinst is also the waitress and has a permanent scowl. I am a seasoned traveler and can honestly say that this is one of the worst levels of comfort I have experienced. There was not even any shampoo in the bathroom.
