Wouldn't recommend
Prior to our arrival we were promised working internet, DSTV channels and a working landline phone. None of this was delivered. The complex team seemed to think it was acceptable to give apartment master keys to external contractors without the occupants permission (arriving back from work to find a complete stranger in your apartment is not great) which resulted in the theft of small electrical items.
I would not recommend this apartment complex for the business traveller.

That's how I like it
A business trip brought me to Jo’burg. As I don’t like hotel chains for a longer stay I choose the Waldorf Standton for that period. It was the best I could do! Luxury, spacious apartments, absolute friendly staff and all the help I needed to make this trip as convenient as possible (including helping out as my laptop was broken, organizing weekend trips or lifts from and to the airport). What was important for me (as hobby chef), the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, the shopping center across the road provides you with everything you need and if you are not up for cooking they even have four restaurants. To make a long story short, I would be glad if I could find places like the Waldorf on all my trips.

Great apartments for less than us$100 p/night
I stayed at The Waldorf Sandton for two month while on business in South Africa. Everything was great from rooms, service & price. Two people can stay in the apartment for the same price.You can choose from daily rates or contract for longer periods at cheaper rates.
The Waldorf's speciality is making the consultant more productive. They offer support services to the business like 3G connections, laptops etc.
There is a choice of four restaurants to eat in in the shopping centre and they also deliver groceries if you want. It is all very convenient.
Their concierge function arranges your social life during midweek and over the weekends, when one would be sitting doing nothing. I learned to scuba dive through their affiliates over a week.
