I find on of your staff to be very rude particularly when I am trying to make an enquiry on a reservation. I have would expected her to use official language particularly given the fact that I am calling from another country. For her to answer me or to ask me questions in Zulu is just trying to send a statement. The person who was manning your reservations desk between 14:15hours and 14:22. When I failed to communicate in your local languange she told me that there are no rooms available even before I told her the dates. I can only but wonder how many other foreigners she has treated like this. She cut me off when I asked for her name. My husband and I always stay in Holiday Inn Hotels everytime we are visiting and this is the first time I have been treated like this.

Good location and clean rooms.

Top Local Tips for Johannesburg

Stay safe heed the advice of the staff and don't go out on your own. Get cabs to and from places, but at this hotel, the food is good enough to stay in every night!

Soweto Tour A must. We had a great day and the shebeen lunch was fantastic
