I find on of your staff to be very rude particularly when I am trying to make an enquiry on a reservation. I have would expected her to use official language particularly given the fact that I am calling from another country. For her to answer me or to ask me questions in Zulu is just trying to send a statement. The person who was manning your reservations desk between 14:15hours and 14:22. When I failed to communicate in your local languange she told me that there are no rooms available even before I told her the dates. I can only but wonder how many other foreigners she has treated like this. She cut me off when I asked for her name. My husband and I always stay in Holiday Inn Hotels everytime we are visiting and this is the first time I have been treated like this.
