I am appalled by this establishment & to make matters worse the front office staff stole my friends lap top and despite the fact that the manager Mr.G Visser signed a written confirmation that he would re-emburse us he has totally eluded us. What sort of management skills are those. For anyone who is willing to listen I always tell them NEVER TO SPEND A NIGHT at this hotel, you never know what my go wrong and the worst part is that no one will be willing to help

The Staff of this hotel are very diggy. I got a suspicion that some had been in my luggage when I had left to do some errands. I hope management takes a note of this because you get the impression that they are colluding together. This is not in the least bit impressive.
