Staff approach to client is pathetic.. Lady at the reception doesn't know how to greet people and have a callous approach to the enquires. Very sarcastic and politeness is far from them.. New Hotel at the ground floor is rather better with well equipped staff.

It's like a self-service hotel. You have to find the room yourself, ring the reception and nobody answers. There was no remote control in my room and when I finally found a staff, I was told that remote control is shared and nothing was available ! And there was no apology from the staff ! Unbelievable service !

Absolutely dreadful. No hot water, no restaurant, stained walls and ceiling, decades old carpet, no baggage pickup, staff couldn't care less about your comfort. An absolute disgrace to South Africa.
