Five stars is a joke!

Three years ago, I spent too weeks at the Royal and loved it. I don't know what went wrong or whether the ownership has changed, but this hotel has deteriorated drastically! Avoid. It's only a matter of time before they lose a star (or three!). The worst part of my stay was the incredibly surly staff! No smiles. Mistakes on my restaurant bill - I had to wait 40 minutes for them to sort it out. Dirty windows. Light bulbs not working. Chicken bones(!) on the carpeted stairs.
