Rooms were well equipped, but small and dark. Hotel staff rude. None of the gracious service one expects in South Africa. Very over-priced.

Fantastic Service and luxury rooms

We visited Winchester Mansions on our honeymoon, and had a lovely time. The Staff were so helpful, and advised us on places to visit, and organised for the hotel shuttle bus to take us places. The food was superb, and the wine fantastic! Would definitely recommend a stay here!
