Everything about this hotel was first-class. The efficient and courteous reception staff, the pleasant restaurant staff and even the man who drove us in a golf buggy to our rooms in the village-style layout. The rooms themselves are massive and little touches such as a sprig of fresh lavender in the bathroom daily add to it's charm.The Spier complex has many restaurants, a special mention must go to Moyo- an African Buffet laid out in a big tent. You eat to the sound of a live band and ladies come round offering to paint little patterns on your face. A wonderful experience. You can also buy food from the deli and picnic on the grass. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would love to go back again.
