Good hotel, shame about the view

Exactly what you'd expect from 4 star hotel. Disappointed having booked 6 months in advance did not get Waterfront view. Front office staff unhelpful when asked about that. Otherwise it was fine with great location just by Waterfront.

Having just returned from my South African adventure I thought I would share my findings! This hotel was everything you would expect from a four star hotel, clean, friendly and above all excellent for those with families. The staff was helpful and breakfasts were great. The only downfalls were the size of the rooms and also the small pool area but this is compensated by the fab location of the hotel! Well worth a visit, great base to explore Cape Town and the surrounding area.
