5 Star property 1 star staff
This may be a 5 star property, it is in fact a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting and obviously you pay for the privalage but my wife and I stayed here in a superior room as a treat overnight and we were disgusted with the service we received, All the staff had a superior attitude, the service was mediocre we tried to book a dinner at a reasonable time but were virtually told that 6;30 pm was the only time there was a table available and when we did eat in the restaurant we were the only people in there. The service was rushed and the waiting staff never even smiled. We were virtually ignored at the bar were treated as 2nd class citizens. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

A wonderful week spent pampered by the staff that we found very friendly and helpful I just wished there were more choices at breakfast time. (I only jest) a very enjoyable week with my Daughter getting married and I would just like to say thank you for everything, maybe see you again in 2006 Room216 Maureen and Roger.

Best hotel in Africa
The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Charmful, sophisticated and everything about it is just simply superb. Not cheap though, but well worth the money if you can afford it.
