Great check in, polite and helpful staff. No lifts and had to carry two large cases up 2 flights of stairs. Room so small and nowhere to put cases only on floor at foot of bed. Bathroom appalling, small poky, dark and the toilet seat was discoloured blue... Good situation near airport, but needs extensive refurbishment and attention
