Slow check in - single staff attending had difficulty to find reservation. Room decor tired and worn - one has that "arrived in Africa feeling" Rooms enclosed and claustrophobic No room service - all meals taken in Airport departures lounge outside No TV remote control - presumed stolen? Useful facility for transit passengers but very expensive considering low standard service and facilities provided.
