Excellent service - friendly staff!
The atmosphere was great, the service excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best staff component I've ever experienced. Great place for families as well.

Not the place for a quiet getaway
This used to be a quiet, exclusive hotel where you could unwind and take in the beauty of Arniston. It has become 'kidsville' with hundreds of kids running around and TVs everywhere. Very friendly staff, good service and reasonably good food, but would not go there again. Possibly great for a family not wanting much privacy.
