Heaven is awesome This is the coolest restaurant we found in East Africa. Service is sub-par perhaps, but they are training local Rwandans who need help! You can dine on great food without guilt. The food is so wonderful, it really is awesome. The staff was super helpful, the owner sent someone to the store for my wife who needed some feminine supplies. Incredible night.

Winter blahs? If you live in the nothern hemisphere and experience harsh winters, January/early February is a perfect time to go to Rwanda. The weather is beautiful... only a little rain each day.
