The hotel is located in a large, quiet garden one foot minute away from the railway station, just across a lively square. The 3-storey hotel offers plain but adequate, if a little worn and smallish, rooms at very attractive rates. Four 1st floor rooms have large terraces facing the beautiful garden, overlooking the well-kept and large pool. This is a typical "railway" hotel catering mostly to travellers who stay one night only, while the terrace rooms are normally given to guests who stay for longer periods. In spite of the hotel's proximity to the railway station not a sound was heard - there aren't many trains any way. There is a pleasant restaurant offering fixed 3-course meals at modest prices, and a very lively bar opening out to the garden and the pool - a favourite of the local top-end Shady Ladied and their pimps, who otherwise bother noone. Even if the surroundings may seem a bit dubious it is very safe, as is Fez in general - so enjoy your stay at this very pleasant hotel.
