My friend and I pre-booked, only to discover late at night when we arrived, they denied our reservation, despite having a confirmation. The front desk staff sent us into town (two women by themselves late at night) to find a computer to prove our confirmation. When we came back with the printout, they still denied us a room, despite being empty. The staff were rude and callous. I can't rate the room, because we were never able to stay there.
