Nice place but untrained staff

In Libya labour is cheap but thats no reason not to train the staff in a so called five star hotel, I think there were more staff than guests and all were doing nothing.
Nice decoration and rooms but thats where it ends! The atmosphere is stuffy as..?
Will not go back, very expensive for what you get!
