I visited the Lake Baringo Club with my partner on the said month and had the worst experience ever.Our car broke down and one of the senior member of staff gave us a person who was an employee of the hotel to fix it.Instead,he broke it completely and refused to talk to us even after his coligues and the senior lady begged him to do so.We were completely stressed from his actions and we asked if we could talk to the manager but he also didn'nt come to help us until we got help from a good samaritan. this forced us to stay there for two days which was not in our schedue.Any way,we emailed Mr Pearson Maingi who i believe is the manager,two times asking for an apology but did not reply at all.My partner was very upset about the costomer care in the Hotel and the stress she got caursed her some restlessness,will be the last place to go.If you book an holiday to visit this Hotel,you should do it at your own risk otherwise costomer care is the last thing in their list.
