Wow what a place. There is nothing bad to say about this place . The accomodation was perfect. The food amazing and the staff, well we have never been so cared for on holiday before. This is truly a marvelous place to stay you can either do lots or nothing at all.

Top Local Tips for Mombasa

Locals Do not be afraid to speak to the local people including the beach boys many of them can offer good deals on safari's etc. They can be intimidating in a group but we foud we spoke to one main one and had a really well organised trip. It's also worth taking some unwanted clothes, pens, soaps etc as they are much appreciated by them. After all TIA (this is Africa)

Travel to/from Airport Don't expect to arrive in a hurry, it took about 1 1/2 hours via the ferry and the roads were non-existent. But well worth it when you arrive, nice glass of fruit juice given to you upon arrival

The Best in Diani beach Give the pool man a few shillings every day to keep your sun beds!
