I will never return
Arrived late and the room wasnt ready. After waiting until 4.45pm we were shown to a room which was dirty. The manager was called on my insistence and made no apology. Eventually got a clean room at 5.30pm.
Despite paying for three nights half board decided to attend the Seafood Restaurant on the second night. Despite having booked, halfway through the day we were told it was closed and that the hotel were putting on an easter gala dinner. The food was a self service buffet, and although ok, didnt expect to be charged £100 to attend it. We were told of the bill as we were checking out and it was non negogiable.
The grounds of the hotel are very pretty but step on to the beach and you will be told that the staff have to pay to get a job and initially work for three months unpaid to keep their jobs.
The manager was extremely arrogant when we complained about the bill.
I would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Delightful
Delightful from start to finish, from architecture to service to food to activities to spa to water sports to casino! Staff was wonderful. Will go back every year!
