Stayed with a couple of fellow travellers for 2 nights before going to another hotel. 20 EGP per night which is what too much.. Dirty, no hot water despite promises it would be fixed, toilet didn't flush, owner is a sleeze who gave two girls i was travelling with a hard time.
Would not recommend under ANY circumstances

Was there in April 1999, price for double room was 12 LE ( NO JOKE ) which meant by the 1999 exchange rates +/- 3.50.US$/ night breakfast included.

Rooms are basic, clean . NO TV, radio or whatsoever. Each room has its own WC but not inside the room but outside, but its not a shared WC.

Staff is friendly.

Obviously now the price might be 5 or 6 times more expensive but its worth every penny.
