When I came to pay the bill for my meals, I discovered was surcharged on the days when the nightly stage act was visible from my table, regardless of whether I wanted to hear/see them.
My room was basic with a TV but had broken fittings and needed a good clean. The bathroom was particularly unclean.
I found that the general atmosphere was impersonal and unwelcoming. By Sharm\'s standards, all of the prices at the resort were unreasonably high. I spent as little time as possible there by joining in with the dive boats operated by Oonas Dive next door to the Sonesta Beach Resort. |
