just got back from sharm. stayed at laguna vista with my sister it was 1st class, loved the hotel,staff were 1st class,room gorgeous,food great, only complaint were the insects that bite day & night, shops just like being in turkey. so if ur used 2 that no probs.emma the rep is great, took us 2 naamba bay lovely girl.watch out 4 the metro supermarket they are very hands on, literally,in all a great holiday, were going back next year. enjoy,

Very disappointing!

Booked this holiday as a treat for my 10yr old daughter and I. We were joined by some family with a 14month old daughter. If you like Italian & Russian people you will be fine as they made up 85% of all people staying here so EVERYTHING is geared towards them. We met no other English families so my daughter had no one to play with during the day! The evening entertainment start very late so did not bother going. Food was repetative-lovely chinese across the road though! If you go out of the hotel prepare to hassled big time!!!!!!!!!! Would NOT GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went as a present for our honeymoon,so we did'nt know what to excpect.It was lovely,it was so clean our bungalow was lovely.staff was so nice & helpful,will go again soon hopefully next year.

great holiday, though brochure said hotel built on gentle slope, I found walking difficult as I have breathing problems, and there was a lot of steps, but all the staff were brilliant especially the staff at the pool and the waiters in the dining room, beautiful grounds and beach.

Nice, great new hotel, but could have been better if the food had been properly cooked and served hot. This time of year the pools are not heated and the area tends to be quite windy. After 4.00pm the temperature drops and warm clothing should be cosidered. Great new English Cafe opened just down the road called "Churchills" realy worth a visit and meet Tony, Tina and the crew. Had a great time.

This was an outstanding hotel. Beautiful reception area, like something off Indiana Jones!!! Very clean rooms, exceptionally clean pools, very friendly staff who just couldn't do enough for you. I want to go back like....NOW!!! better start saving I guess.

Had a great time. 1 of the best hotels I have stayed in. the room was very large and clean, the pools where a little cold at this time of year, but there are loads of them. The sea is warm and just amazing for snorkelling. The food was plentiful and varied. The Staff were all helpful and polite. Overall we had a great time and we fly out again tomorrow for a week. :0

Loved Laguna Vista

We loved it here the setting is amazing.staff great,very helpful. We stayed in one of the chalets which was about 20 metres from the nearest pool[lovely].Food good and plenty of it. If you want to indulge yourself have a massage its an exrta but it was absolute bliss.Most people get the trots but the pharmacist soon sorts you out.Everywhere is kept immaculate including the beach I was very impressed would definately go back.

Fantastic staff make this a truly memorable experience. The grounds and facilities are quite remarkable, especially when lit up at night - magical! Our accomodation was starting to feel a little tired, but it was more than comfortable and it didn't matter because the sun shines all day long. Would we go back - you bet, but we would choose a cooler time of year. P.S. Dickie tummies and mosquitoes are a fact of life if you're holidaying abroad - take the necessaries with you!!
