Just got back, Nov 20th, prime location, 5 mins walk from beach. Rooms ok, bathroom filthy, needs updating. Some staff helpful, but some were very rude. Supposed to be be 3* I'd say 2*. Breakfast ok, but dinner same every night, boring and not always hot. Pool area litterd with plates, bottles every morning. Night club on site booming out til 2am plus. Hotel private beach gets very busy, get there early. Scuba diving was fantastic, about £35 for couple hours, well worth it. Would i stay at this hotel again? No!

Just returned from a one week " Holiday from Hell. " The rooms, pool area and restaurant, were generally clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. However, the advertisement of this hotel being " peaceful and relaxing " is just a myth. We were kept awake every night untill 2,3 and 4 AM due to loud thumping banging house music, which shook the walls, coming from the roof top bar, or pool area. Despite the attempts by the holiday rep and our complaints made personally to the hotel, nothing was done about it! We will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

This hotel has seen better days. Communal areas not too bad but bedrooms quite shabby. All Inclusive a waste of money - you could have what they wanted you to have when they wanted you to have it. Some staff very good - others unsure of the difference between being pleasant and over familiar. There is no indoor seating area/bar during the day, just the very small pool bar. At night very loud and very expensive upstairs bar. Location is good for town and beach. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too much wrong with it and a certain feeling that there was no point in complaining. When we were there 90+% of guests had tummy upsets.
