Great beach, but management ruined our holiday

The hotel itself is quite pretty with a great view over the sea. The snorkeling is fantastic with a coral reef just off the beach. Food was good and plentiful. However, the check-in staff are very rude and are not at all concerned with making the guest happy, resorting to blackmail before they give you the room key. We arrived at midday but didn't get into our room until 5pm, basically losing half a day of our short 5 day holiday. The reservation manager made us sit in the lobby until he could sort out a problem with the booking. Our room was booked and paid for in full weeks before arrival but they had suddenly seen some problem and wouldn't let us check-in unless we paid extra. After many discussions with the check-in desk and them accusing us of lying we eventually gave in and paid the extra money. 2 days later they got an answer from the booking agent that it was not our fault and refunded us the money. Nice Hotel Shame about the cats

Every now and again they poison the cats in and around the complex. (staff explanation not mine) So be aware when you take you little ones with you the cat that sprawled on the path isn't always ASLEEP!

Sun was out, food was good (if not a little the same each day) but most of all the staff made the stay complete. They were always ready at what ever time to serve your needs or just help you in after a long night in town! Room was spacious and gardens were kept in beautiful condition. Only downside was forcefullness of local traders to obtain a sale. Highly recomended!

Lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds that are constantly maintained by gardeners.Food was nice, a bit repetative but plenty to choose from. The staff are very polite,they cant do more for you. My fiance enjoyed the beer, wine not bad either. The hotel do lovely cocktails too. Rooms were cleaned daily,tv,not many british channels but who wants to sit in their rooms watching tv on holiday anyway. If you go look out for Muhammed bar near the reception, he's a top guy, even tho he is rushed off his feet most of the time he always has time for a chat, even did some cocktails for me that wasn't on the list. Oh everyone speaks English too. If you are going dont need to say have a great time cause I know that you will! JUst on critism,the wicker chairs have no cushion on them leaves a lovely mark on your thighs!

This hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed at, my family and I go on holiday a lot but this was the best for my, I found romance!!! The weather was really good not a cloudy day once, the staff was brilliant and everyone was so friendly which gave it a great atmosphere! Can’t wait to go when my exams are over!!! I strongly recommend this hotel!!!
