great break clean hotel

Stayed mexicana early march had brill time pool was a little cold, staff very friendly, rooms cleaned every day with flowers on the pillows lovely touch, only stayed bed n breakfast cannot coment on food but breakfast brill, recomend omelets. coffee rank, suggest little travel kettle and take your own nescafe if you fancy a decent cuppa will defo go back just the break i needed , thanks to all involved recomend thomson well organised,2 free buses to private beeches parma for snorkling thats amust even for a morning / mexicana sharm sunbathing / watersking only 20 quid gbp also get hotel taxi to public beech narma bay only 1 quid for a sunbed but get there early thanks again staff see you soon

A very disappointing holiday. Ice cold pool, cold food, poor variety of food, seedy bathrooms with loose fittings. No evening entertainment in the run down so called pub. All inclusive was very misleading, no snacks during the day unless you paid rip off prices. The staff seemed only interested in tips, to the point of begging. No entertainment for children. The nearby "private beach" was a bus trip away to a dirty, litter strewn, public beach. I would tell anybody to think very seriously before considering this hotel. In fact DON'T.

Were there for two weeks in September, going back November this year (2008) What can we say just a very enjoyable stay, everything from staff in reception to restaurant staff bell boys and cleaners. Just great, we can't wait to come back.

Would just like to praise the hotel staff for there prompt actions and great help to me when my husband suffered two heart attacks in our stay at the hotel. The reception team were fantastic and and also our Rep - Reza was so full of help and support,there quick actions saved my husbands life, also the doctors at the Pyramid Hosp in Sharm and the hosp in Cairo were just the best. If anyone who reads this and can pass it onto the hotel I would be very grateful.

It was my first time in Egypt and certainly not the last time and definitely coming back to Creative Mexicana.

Having just returned - would recommend holiday. Had great time, accomodation fine, food fine staff very helpful and attentive and highly amusing. Would say only fault was not enough entertainment at nights but if wanting a quiet holiday, brilliant.

Great staff and service

We stayed for a week on hb. Food was ok, bit repetative, but for the price we paid you could not fault. It's rooms were nice size, had 2 roof terraces, nice livingroom and kitchen and a big bedroom. Staff were very helpful. Would go back again.

Ignor all the bad reveiws about this hotel , as my title said this hotel has every thing to offer, the food is not terrible, unless you are looking for things like lobster then please dont be alarmed. Obviously you can't exepect the hotel to cater tastes, everything is perfect and the facilities are brill. Hannah

This hotel was great apart from the food. We stayed all inclusive and was a waste of money as we had to eat out every night. The sight of the food was lovely but the taste was horrible. Mash and hot dog sausages for breakfast with cabbage??? They served fresh bread every day so you could eat toast and jams for breaky. The dinner and evening meals were the same over and over and we had bad stomachs after the first night. There is plenty of places to eat in Narma Bay Mcdonalds KFC Pizza hut etc. Would recommend Hard Rock cafe, the food was great and only £30 for a three course for two with a bottle of wine. The hotel staff are great (all men, even the cleaners). Everyone very friendly. The taxi service is good from the hotel and would recomend you use as it is only £2 to narma bay.The room was basic but comfortable the bed was ok. The linen changed everyday and clean towels. Wouldnt recommend this hotel for children though, there is nothing going on. If you are a footie fan like us they show all the big matches on a huge screen but at the bar where you have to pay for drinks. The pool bar is only all inclusive 10-6 and the reception bar is not all inc. We went on a few excursions booked from the hotel, a man comes to you at the pool so you can book from him. Would deffinatly recommend the boat trip to Raj Mohammed the fish are amazing for snorkling and diving. We paid £50 for the whole day on the boat and both had an introductionary dive which was amazing. If you haggle you can get everything cheaper. The Mexicana beach is a bus ride away which is a free service from the hotel about every hour. We thought the hotel is actually on the beach but it isnt. Be careful if you are female walking around the beach near the rocks though, I was walking alone and got flashed at by some man who was hid by the rocks. My partner went on the quad bike trip which was worth the money (£20) and i went horse riding which was £15 and was worth the money too. If you have never been to sharm before be careful of the back streets in Narma bay if they ask you to go into the shop DONT. We were conned into buying perfume, once in the shop they lock the doors and make you tea and it is unpolite to refuse so we couldnt leave and the man was selling us perfume for £2 per gram which we thought was ok so we said we would buy it. We bought four bottles and they were neatly packed and put in a box. When we asked how much they told us £65 as the bottles held 20 gramms we were had!!!! Over all though we had a fantastic time in egypt and would go back to that hotel but wouldnt call it 4* as there were a lot better hotels there. If you do go to this hotel would recommend bed and breakfast.
