The first-day culture shock changed into the unforgettable 7-day rest afterwards. The staff is incredible: wellcoming, smiling, kind and helpful any time, starting at the reception (if anything, feel free to ask). Everything was clean: rooms (surprising animals of towels!; clean towels every day), restaurant, the swimming pool (big enough for adults to swim!) area. Food: you may find not much difference every day but you will never be hungry -great variety for 3* hotel. Location: 15-min walk/scheduled shuttle bus to the beach, taxi($2)or 15 min walk to the Old Market or 1001 night suveniours place (open after 15:00), taxi ($4) to New Market (Naama Bay: shops, cafees,night clubs). And remember: high mood makes you go half way anywhere. Have good time in Sharm!

Price was good hotel was very clean, staff was excellent always happy and smiling. Location was good. Food not that good at all but presentation was lovely. All the services provided was excellent and which may it a very enjoyable holiday .would recommend to others.

Great staff. Very clean. FOOD CRAP!!! Whilst doing a bbq the chef dropped a utensil onto floor where cat had been, he picked it up put onto table then 2 minutes later started using it again
