Dirty Rooms, all in need of upgrading. Plumbing doesnt work, toilet overflowed, shower not working. Stained carpets, old stained bed sheets and towels.
Good position overlooking Nile, entrance looks impressive but definately the worst 5 Star hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are shabby and dont deserve a 1 Star rating

We finished our two week roundtrip in Egypt to Luxor. Pyramisa Isis was just perfect. The athmosphere was nice and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough and it was cleaned properly every morning. Full 10 for the view to the Nile!!! Also I found a miniatyre model of Abu Simbel from the gift shop downstairs which I couldn't find anywhere else from Aswan to Alexandria.
Thank you for the good memories and I'll be back to Luxor and Pyramisa Isis..

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the pyramisa Isis, We,ve had a great time, the staff are friendly the hotel has a new manager who is always on hand and admitted the hotel has had problems in the past that he is trying to resolve. We had a city view room where we sat and watched the true egyptian way of life in the evening.A greatsource of fun and entertainment!!!The room was clean and comfortable with a daily cleaning service including clean sheets and towels everyday. the bar has a great service with nothing being too much trouble for the staff. the hotel itself is on the edge of the nile and is only 20 mins walk to luxor temple, about 30 mins taxi to the valley of the kings ect We made some good friends whilst we were there and can't wait to return.

All you whingers should shut up and stop moaning about trivia. Your not happy unless your moaning, i bet you are all a bundle of laughs to go away with. Advice to your friends dont go away with these people, your holiday will be much more enjoyable without them.

All I can say is dont let the staff see youre all inclusive band or your have a good wait at bar .its ok though as all-inclusive ends at 10pm every night then the staff come out the woodwork. entertainment is a guy singing the same songs every night same time 1020pm "just called to say I love you " must say pizza staff and pink pandas were great and the massage bloke (boss man) was ok when he wasnt trying to marry you off to a friend .pools lovely one was heated couldnt work out why it was over 40 degrees in the shade? also you might want to take you own glasses as they run out quite often still wine in a long cocktail glass was different. Rooms clean and cool (aircon wouldnt switch off) did make some friends (runs the papyrus shop) Mohamed and Maggie in the corner shop. Both good service and good deals found in both shops. Would I go back? Only if I was room only or B & B .the food was very bland at the Isis, I've been to Egypt many times and the hotels and food has been excellent.

DREADFUL HOLIDAY, FUTURE TRAVEL COMPANY THEY MADE IT LIKE A HELL FOR US. We booked our holiday via FUTURE TRAVEL, we asked for a connected room and also we were told that we were going to have in-flight meals. There were no in-flight meals available. We asked and we confirmed couple of times that we wanted a connected room, the guy that made us the booking Jason Adams, he said yes he has booked us what we wanted. When we got to the hotel we ended up with a single room with 2 beds and we were 3 persons, me my partner and my sister in law. I called the person who made the booking for us and told him the situation and he did not even apologize. He said he will try and sort it out, we called him many times and he never did anything. We spent £13.50 + English pounds calling him. He was NOT helpful at all! My partner got depressed and she was crying the whole week, we could not enjoy our holiday, FUTURE TRAVEL made it like a hell for us. When we got back to London our first thing was to call Jason Adams and he never answered our calls, we left messages and none of them was replied. I wrote a complaint letter to Future Travel customer services and they replied and said that they strongly believe their staff and all the confirmations were done before going on holiday, which was not confirmed! We asked for a connected room not a single or twin room. They were not helpful at all, my partner is still depressed and she is still being seen by her doctor. I have taken action against the company, I will not let go of this because we did not deserve to be treated like this or to be told lies about our holidays. BE CAREFUL when booking your holidays make sure that they are not lying to you. DO NOT book holidays via FUTURE TRAVEL!!!

The Hotel was great, right on the river Nile. The pool area was great, as well as the weather. Visited a few places outside the hotel but was kinda scary because they just hassle you 24/7, and my sister was scared (only 13) and they tried to buy her the whole time we were out on the streets. One thing that was most disappointing the food, it was just boring, same stuff over and over. I was ill the last 2 days as well which was not too pleasant. But I would certainly like to go back to Egypt when its cooler, around October

I thought the hotel was cool and the staff were really friendly. Taxi drivers are crazy when driving but you get used to there driving. Only one problem and its they love money always asking what kind of money you have, everywhere you go you get hassled but its all part of the fun. I made a good friend there and I'm still in contact now. I aint complaining about anything because me and my boyfriend had a wicked time out staying here and we will come back in October to visit.

Our second two week stay in this great hotel, we love it so much that we are going back again, for the third time, later this year. I agree some of the rooms are shabby but the staff make up for this.

Our stay was for 7 nights at this hotel that should be rated as a 3 star- and is well overdue a refurbishment. The room we booked was a twin which over looked the River Nile -unfortunately, the sofa bed did not pull out so we required another bed in the room. The room was clean but the bathrooms need an overhaul. The food that was served in the Lotus restaurant was nothing special - Pink Panda (Chinese restaurant) is very expensive for what was served and the service was slow. Had no problem getting sun beds around the heated pool after lunch in the sunshine and the recreation staff are very helpful and friendly. In a guidebook this is rated as an upmarket hotel but if we were to return to Luxor we would stay in the Sheraton. Our rating is only a 5 because the Hotel does not meet our 5 star standard. Overall, the staff and service was good.
