The best week of my long life so far. Wonderful hotel. Can't believe the standard of the hotels in Egypt. They put the UK to shame. The staff (and ALL Egyptians we met) were beautiful people. Hotel couldn't do enough for us. Everywhere so clean.

Absolutely fantastic - Excellent Service

I have no complaints about the service received here in the least, the effort put in by all staff was wonderful. This was a scuba diving holiday for us and so we left early and came back late most days, house keeping were great and worked around my needs with my towels replaced daily even though we were back outside of normal hours. Reception staff very friendly and eager to help and helped to arrange a little something special for the birthday in our group. Pool staff were great and the bar staff by the pool were superb and even made sure they had extra strawberry's when they saw my disapointment when they run out out strawberry kiss non alcholic cocktail. Food here was excellent with such a variety I am a picky earter and even I was satified, the buffett selections were great. One thing to note if you don't ask you don't get, staff will help but you need to speak to them. One of the best holidays that I have ever had. Our group was over 20 people and there were no complaints from any of us!! I look forward to my next visit I will be coming back for sure.

When we arrived at the hotel I was shocked on the size as it is so bigthe staff were so helpful and kind. The service was excellent everything was very clean and tidy not much night life but its ten minutes in a taxi to the town so wasnt a problem. The restaurants were lovely again all the staff were brilliant. The lobby bars were nice as there was entertainment in the evenings and the waiters standard of service was so good I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or holiday as it was perfect and cant waite to go back in six months!

A Wonderful Hotel

We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time. Spent most of our time in the hotel due to lack of local amenities. We had a 2 year old as well and he enjoyed all the pools on offer. The buffets were something else and the choice was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly around the pool, but don't expect much out of the reception or housekeeping if youo raise issues with them. Overall a lovely hotel, not much locally but that did not spoil our honeymoon.

Such a great surprise

The transfer to the hotel was only 10 minutes and when we got there we were really impressed. The service was friendly and curteous. Our room ( a Junior suite i think) was about 40 foot long with an added balcony. We saw a door open, to find another room almost as large with another covered balcony overlooking the pool. The food was fantastic. Soups were delicious. We were able to use the hotel bus to go and visit a local town which returned us 3 hours later for free. The resorts sister hotel was equally as good and just across the road. They had lovely gardens which led to the beach. All facilities were free. Try the ice creams...and the lattes .... Mixed nationalities...fine... Trips out - easy to organise... Room serviced twice a day...Only negative really...but its part of their life - get used to being hassled to buy outside the confines of the hotel.
