I stayed one night at this hotel and thanks God it was only one night. The service there is very bad. my wife accidentally dropped a glass of juice on the floor. we called the room service at 7PM to clean it. they didn't come till the next day at 12PM!!!! the hotel is not clean at all. I saw a snake at the garden down the rooms. when I asked the room service boy he said they usually see these kinds of snake in the hotel!! we were very scared at our stay there. The beach is not clean too. we couldn't swim in the sea. the pool also is very dirty. the water is green instead of being clear. at the lunch time they called us to ask if we want to have lunch in the room or in the restaurant. I told him that we want it in the restaurant. one hour later they said they will bring the lunch at the room as the restaurant is not ready as it have some construction work in it ( I wonder why they asked me to choose at the first place) and I must have the lunch in the room. I said ok. when they brought the food I found an extra fees for the room service. when I said that I didn't want to eat at the room at the first place they didn't give an answer. At check out, I called the reception 3 times to get my bags down but no answer. I went down to them and found an office boy who said the receptionist is not here at the reception!! he tried to call her on her mobile but it was on her desk not with her. they took 10 min searching for her. at last I checked out but they say there is no one to get the bags down. I carried my bags to the car from the room going up and down 2 times. I finally left the hotel searing that I'll never go there again.
