Clean budget hotel with nice garden

Ugly concrete block of 3 floors. Balconies, but canvas of chairs broken. A nice garden in the backyard, with palm trees. Friendly staff, quite nice vegetarian dinner for 30 LE per two persons. Breakfast very simple (cheese triangles, 1 hard boiled egg, butter, jam) A double room costs around 100 LE. No alcohol served. Rooms are quite clean, no insects. There is AC, but very noisy. The bathroom has shower.
